It's sadly only when you hear Ozzy sing with somewhere else that you have to contend with the fact that his voice... wasn't that good. It was memorable, and he was the only person who should sing his songs, but when he's in a sing with someone who actually can sing (and Lita Ford has a really pleasant alto) it becomes clear that as a vocalist Ozzy was bringing something other than vocals.
However, the "something else" was magical. Nobody sounded like him, and nobody should try.
Anyway, this song is the softest 80s power metal imaginable. I've always enjoyed that the major effect of 80s metal being hypermasculine and hyperfeminine at the same time was that it was ultimately androgyne. The major difference between how Ozzy looks and how Lita looks in this video is that Lita Ford is a very attractive person and Ozzy Osborne is a Boglin that got a magic spell cast on it.
