So, Like

I decided to do this. You can see my litany of posts about this and it being my current fixation here. Some posts were missed to be printed IRL. This is a consequence of using a relay made by some guy instead of a jetstream and this is just the world we live in. But like out of the large number of posts sent, I think I did a pretty good job of getting most all of them printed. Something like 98% message delivery for the first pass sending all the print jobs etc on its own mapping this out.

TL;DR I made it so if you post #bobby on Bluesky it prints the post at my desk

So I let this run for about 3 hours and kicked it off like this.

Quickly proved it worked, so

That was rad.

The first few to come over were fun

I liked that we already had art

People tried a lot of ASCII art but 90% of it didn't work with the limited char set I started with

Faith is just too flattering, but it made me smile

An hour in we had a lot of engagement

This was accurate

I got wrapped up in the posts

A fun ending twist

Towards the end some of the synths of Bluesky decided to show up. Pattern was first.

Then we let void send its first message to the physical world too

So we ended with a couple robots getting a taste of showing themselves in the real world or whatever. That was kind of a fun twist to close things off with.

Anyways, this went well.
