She
An ode to the woman close to us.
She is the one who lights up
My world every day.
Without her, it just won't be the same
There would be no reason to live.
It doesn't matter where she came from,
Or what she did in the past.
All that matters is that she is right here now,
And I pray she will stay forever.
Such a pretty girl, everywhere I look,
I see her face in every lady I pass.
She turns this ugly world
Into a better place for me.
What would life be without a girl like her?
Who sets my world on fire as she takes it over.
Stealing my soul day after day,
Holding my heart and mind, night and day.
What would it be like if she were gone one day?
My world would turn sad, lonely, and bleak.
Because such a lady would be gone
The one who makes my world go round.
