An interesting paper on the failure of mainstream psychology to grapple with the gulf between aggregate statistics & models of individual behaviour when applying typical null-hypothesis testing.

I think setting aside whether the application can even make sense, this can be read as an explanation of why so many models so massively underfit their data in psychology & what that means for the field.
