You can follow my thinking here as I develop ideas to feed into art, writing, and other projects. Nothing here should be considered finished. Just, hopefully, interesting.
The Megaflow is the turbulent multiversal river of time and realities in Michael Moorcock's Jerry Cornelius stories. This isn't a Moorcockian blog, but the Jerry Cornelius stories are some of my favourite literature.
"What's it all about?" is a quote from Patrick McGoohan's television series The Prisoner, newly sixty years old at the time this is being written, and another favourite of mine.
The image for this post is 300 Degrees of Sheep from Inbetween Cities, 1995. It combines Renato Bertelli's bust of the late fascist dictator Benito Mussolini with the lived experience of watching the landscape move by at speed when traveling by car on motorways (or by train, but motorways were a fascist project...).
This blog's icon was created by my draw-something autonomous drawing program, a tribute to Harold Cohen's AARON, a long-standing obsession of mine.
This may give you a taste of what is to come in terms of method, if not references. But there will also be straightforward infodumps and more considered analysis.
