hen you hear anyone saying they are "apolitical", you can bet they are always leaning towards the right. It's always when they are aligned with and comfortable with the current ideology in power (which is: patriarchy, capitalism, anti-immigration, criminalization of LGBTQIAP+, racism).

Boycott aggressively.

The effort is commendable, but if we eventually peer-pressure one or another company or organization to back down today, another one will show up, or they will even go back at it once the people in power are more favorable to feeding fascism (see what is happening after Trump managed to be the president again, and the huge turn inside multiple companies inside and outside the US to cut all acts to support human rights and diversity). The root of the problem is much deeper than that. And until we get rid of it, we are only going to repeat the cycle. This needs a collective and systematic solution, not individual acts of insatisfaction.
