Anisota

Anisota is a new, more peaceful kind of social media interface that helps you be offline more and online better. In Anisota, browsing social media is like exploring a tranquil, mysterious forest. Instead of being dropped in to consuming content immediately, you choose when to enter. Your energy is finite, just like in real life, and you make camp when you need rest. When you're done, you leave the forest carrying what you found there. The app is inspired by Appalachia, moths, text based RPGs, and card games. Since launch it has seen over 100,000 unique visitors and has paid members. I've been building it over the past 18 months, releasing major updates regularly based on my vision and user feedback. The brand mark and logo is a stamp I carved by hand.
