Someone should turn Apple News Format into an ATProto Lexicon

elcome to part one in an infinite series of ideas which I won't all have time for.

Since there has been an internet, people have been arguing about how news companies should publish to it. And I mean all the way to the New York Times sitting on their thumbs, so a reporter working for them had to buy the nytimes.com domain instead in 1993 or 1994 (here's an archived version). The paper didn't see a need for the domain for another two years.

Just like there have been browser wars, there have been so many arguments about what CMSes to use at news organizations and within developer communities how to represent text documents.

Apple News Format is an interesting target cause it already has an existing install base, there are news organizations publishing to it, and it's just JSON.
