ubble-sync is a new sync library for atproto in rust, made for making the kinds of Big Indexing services that microcosm builds and runs, like constellation, lightrail, and Hubble.

(a lot of this tutorial still needs to be written! but you can jump in anyway! i'm around to fill in gaps, take feedback, and push patches to hubble-sync if you need! find me! -- @bad-example.com)
