ust received Chris Carter’s Chemistry Lessons Volume One on cassette from Mute along with a ton of other goodies. An exceptional album and well worth hunting down in any format. The follow-up Ep, Coursework, is also another mind-blowing work. Staggering how constantly ahead of his time Mr. Carter has been through his long and storied career. I am hard pressed to think of even a single misstep or weak release. Anyways, I’m loathe to “review” things and really this post is mostly motivated by my need to test a few more plugin settings but if you are a TG or C+C fan and haven’t checked in on Chris’ solo work in a bit you have quite a few treasures awaiting you.
