or subscribers, but an AskWoody subscription is very reasonable! As well as digging in to how the new AI auto-tagging works and how good the AI powered suggested answers are - and noting that if you accept the answer, your question doesn't actually get posted - I have a potted history of how Microsoft online support went from CompuServe to Usenet to forums to MSDN and TechNet to Answers to Q&A.
