Ah yes, that was closer to the Season One of “The Venture Bros” I remembered in my head, very 2004. Pretty immature, this one - I kind of like the attempt to humanize and explain why the henchmen would be henchmen a bit, but the show does that beat better later on in the series. It felt like the episode punched down a little too much on the gay Bigfoot and Six Million Dollar Man stuff, but that was the style at the time so just write that up as a flaw with most 2000s media. The episode's fine I guess, though probably the weakest one this season so far.
