Mansions Dave and the hassles of Airport Customs

That's interesting so modern Vape Pens have slots where you can slot in canisters for either THC Oil or Nicotine Oil and another for the flavour and if you want no THC or Nicotine you just don't put anything in that second slot and alternatively if you don't want the flavour you just don't put anything in that first slot

So I don't vape, the only reason I brought this up is it has come to my attention that Stand Up Comedian - Dedrick Flynn was in a Japanese Jail for 23 Days

So here's what happened, he had no idea THC Oil/ Marijuana was illegal in Japan and the rest is self explanatory given the build up; he got caught at customs with a Vape Pen loaded with THC Oil

I'm not saying Dedrick is a stupid motherfucker but he basically is, how many times have you seen in movies, people getting caught at customs for bringing any sort of smoking paraphernalia whatsoever, how have you not learned anything from that

You can't bring food or drinks, you can't bring cutlery or utensils, you can't bring any sort of drugs; even medicinal drugs, you can't bring toiletries or perfume and you can't bring smoking paraphernalia, this isn't a bus trip, Dedrick, you didn't get on a Greyhound, you got on a plane, what exactly do you think TSA does? shine a light up your asshole?

So not only are THC Oil and Marijuana illegal in Japan; they don't distinguish between a typical customs bust and an attempt to import illegal drugs, by law

So basically Dedrick got hit with attempt to smuggle charges, so let me put that into perspective, those are the exact same charges he would've got hit with had he flown a tonne of cocaine into Japan, the same charge - attempt to smuggle

On paper it's the same charge, the severity and actuality of what happened is gone

So now that we've established how awesome Japanese Law is and how stupid Dedrick is; let's move on to what happened next

Basically the English Speaking Lawyers there didn't help him out, so Dedrick made a call to Tony Hinchcliffe and Joe Rogan respectively and his time in jail was up

So Dedrick wanted to vacation in Japan, ended up leaving the airport terminal in a cop car

You know this isn't the first time Tony got one of his Comedians out of jail, David Lucas spent a few hours in jail for something else entirely and this happened on home soil

So unlike Dedrick; David was actually doing a Show, and there was this atrociously fat chick wearing a car tarp in the front row and she was on her phone the whole time

Guys if you're going to a comedy show; don't pull out your fucking phone

So usually the heckler stirs up the pot but in this case David Lucas decided to confront the woman in the front row

So David wasn't rude or anything, he just popped a simple question "why are you on your phone?"

So instead of putting her phone away she just skewed her head and said "say something funny"

All things considered she shouldn't have gotten on the defensive like that

So David Lucas basically said "Okay" and went all in

His next joke was aimed at the woman, "well it's a good thing you're not a terrorist because it would've taken three phones and three charges to blow you up"

As you can imagine the fallout was catastrophic

The woman cried and ran out the convention center/ auditorium

Shortly; into the Show; the police arrived and arrested David Lucas, and you won't believe the next part, on charges of attempt to commit a terrorist act

So David got a phone call, or two, called a Lawyer, called Tony Hinchcliffe and that was the first time, and unfortunately not the last time Tony bailed out one of his Comedians

I guess the lesson in all of this is don't even remotely be as stupid as Dedrick
