Mansions Dave and the hassles of shaving and affectionate cats

kay, so if you own a Cat; you cannot shave when it's in the mood for cuddling

So I knew that KitKat was going to get mad and he was going to literally scream at me from behind to hurry up, as he has done before, but today he literally jumped onto the sink and blocked it off

So I did my sideburns a little bit and my cheeks a little bit but I'm gonna be honest I didn't get a whole lot done

That was a real shame because I really wanted to make this a sideburn day, really needed a little more detailing

Once you're middle aged the whole concept of actually detailing all of the beard becomes a whimsical concept so you sort of set out one day to really detail the sideburns and one day to really detail the jawline and so on

So this was supposed to be a sideburn day and I unfortunately didn't get a lot done

I knew KitKat was going to be rushing me if he was awake and moreover in a cuddling mood but I didn't know he simply wasn't going to put up with it any more and just block off the sink

I'm not that frequent and motivated with my shaving as it is, I mean in my late teens and early 20s shaving was clockwork but now; no, I really don't have any motivation to always keep my hair and my beard pristine but I'll be honest that's not solely because of age

So I will be upbeat about my hair and beard as I once was, it'll take some time but I will have that pristine care again

For now I have to mind that I can't just shave when I want, it has to preferably be when KitKat is asleep or in the very least when he's chilling in a different room

The problem is; as I already said; I don't shave that frequently as it is

I think I have to pick myself up from this slump and be a little more proactive, with my shaving at least
