Our inves­ti­ga­ti­on of Insta­gram and Face­book shows Meta has not ade­qua­te­ly asses­sed the risks of fea­tures such as infi­ni­te scroll, auto-play, push noti­fi­ca­ti­ons, and recom­men­der sys­tems.

Meta can now exer­cise its right to defence befo­re the­se preli­mi­na­ry fin­dings are con­firm­ed.
