had gotten it in my head that gaming on Mac was horrible—that is, gaming under Wine or such. This couldn’t be farther from the truth though, I just setup Sable (Epic Games) on my friend’s M4 MacBook Air and it was super easy: install/update Rosetta, install Heroic, install Wine, install game through Heroic. Sable didn’t launch with the DXMT (DirectX to Metal IIUC) flavour of Wine so I swapped to Crossover which worked. Performance at a first glance seemed okay.
