hile trying to enjoy a relaxing Sunday morning watching the Premier League and my favorite team, Manchester United, I had the unfortunate experience of suffering through the advertisements for the Department of Defense. What this administration has forgotten is that war and war-making are not things to be celebrated. War is what happens when the worst instincts of humans prevail. War is not a video game. Ware is not a movie. War is not cool.

If I were advising networks about which ads to show during their programming, these ridiculously tone-deaf ads from the Department of Defense would go straight to the trash bin.

What a disgrace.
