A randy German councilmember known as the country’s “craziest councilor” has proposed throwing sex parties at city hall as part of an effort to turn the burg into a “swingers’ paradise.”
Julian Ferrat, 35, who holds office in the industrial city of Mannheim as part of the liberal Die Mannheimer party, wants to see the city transformed into a haven for indiscriminate group sex.
Ferrat, who has been known to frequent nudist resorts and pose for bizarre photoshoots while barely covered, unveiled the X-rated scheme at a recent meeting of the governing body, which is ruled by the conservative Christian Democratic Union.
“Group sex with city council members would be the ultimate in closeness with the citizens,” he said, noting there are no laws on the books prohibiting swingers’ parties at city hall.
