Roy Millard, a retired project manager, had his first experience of naturism in his 20s almost entirely by accident.
When he was around 21, Roy and a college friend were visiting Birling Gap on the Sussex coast when they spotted signs for a nudist beach and decided, on the spur of the moment, to give it a try
