Lauch-Risotto mit Brie (4 Portionen)

Das hier ist mit Abstand das cremigste Risotto, was ich je zustande gebracht habe. Auf die Idee hat mich @3instahunde@pixelfed.social gebracht, durch die Bemerkung, dass auch Brie ganz wunderbar ins Risotto passt. Ich bin mir jetzt nicht ganz so sicher, ob damit wirklich gemeint war, dass ein ganzes Stück Brie, also so ca. 200g, gemeint...
