I'm Clearly Germaine... 📖
I've been working on checking off books that have been on my to-be-read list for years. Tropic of Cancer by Henry Miller is being a seriously challenging read - not as bad as Fanny Hill but still pretty hard! This paragraph had me laughing out loud and I literally had to read it out loud to The Boyfriend so someone could laugh with me. I also very much enjoyed when he was describing the prostitute Germaine and felt like if I were a 1930s prostitute, I'd be just like her - in the words of a moder...
