Hunter Sep 2026 | Bootblack’s Eye View

It was a slower night than normal at the start. I had to ask my friend @HisNameisOx@woof.group to be a 'fluffer' for me to get the ball rolling. I often find this is a good little trick to get peoples attention; Once people see someone actually having their boots/gear worked on it prompts them to...

I was pleased some additions to my kit; Renovation cream and a collection of fine tipped...

Fetish Unlimited | Bootblack’s Eye View

Fetish Unlimited was a very unique experience. But when i was asked to bootblack in that wonderful Victorian library of the UK Leather Archives how could I say no‽ Being able to chat with a group of women in their 60’s who had come to see everything was so much fun. I got to do several people’s first time sitting for a bootblacking,I had a gentleman sit for me who’s boots were already so well cared for and high-shined I wasn’t sure if I could do much to improve them. I also got to do some cleaning and conditioning of […]

Hunter April 2026 | Bootblack Eye View

This night was a good night for boot-blacking, despite my own weariness. Its been a week of me not getting enough sleep and it really caught up with me being out late at Hunter. As such I left a little earlier than normal after my shift on the Chair finished.

Hunter February 2026 | Bootblacks Eye View

Well this was a Very fun night. I got to work on some new an interesting boots worn by a regular, I got to talk through the process with someone who was clearly very interested in the process of producing a good shine. And I got to do a full body gear moisturizing/massage to one of my favorite regulars @bearlthr.com!

Hunter October 2025 | Bootblack’s Eye View

There was something in the air for Hunter this month. Everyone seem that bit extra horny and that little bit free-er. Everyone Seemed to be able to more easily flirt and sparks were frequently flying. It was thoroughly enjoyable. In the stand i got to do a few first-trimmers, as well as my beloved regulars whom I now look forward to catching up with each other on the past month. I was particularly happy I got to work on a rubberman’s boots. First time working with rubber boots and I finally got to use the “unicorn cum” soap made by […]

Boots Walking

So one of the shots i was hoping to get out of filming the pride march was various leather men’s boots marching. It didn’t work out well however, the gimble on my pocket 2 kept trying to drift upwards. Its something I want to try again when I can focus on shots and angle. What it did give me was an opportunity to practice color grading, and I learned a lot about how to make the shine on leather pop and how to keep detail while deepening the look of black leather. Something I feel will be very helpful in […]

Hunter April 2025 | Bootblack’s Eye View

This Hunter was a lot of fun. I really wasn’t sure how busy it was, since it seemed like half of all London kinksters were in Berlin for the Folsom Easter weekend. However it turned out to be a really nice crowed. I also got to reconnect with some friends who I had not seen in a very long while and had some very interesting conversations with people on the bootblack stand. I also had a challenging pair of boots. these were old army boots that had been used extensively on a construction site and were worse for wear. I […]

Hunter January 2025 | Bootblack’s Eye View

January’s Hunter. This was a night I enjoyed more than i thought i would. The reason i worried about my enjoyment is that I had already been out all day at a corperate event in the city. With no time to travel back home to pick up my kit I was stick lugging it round with me all day. Luckilly my friend Ox (pictured in the Gallery in the vest and blue ) offered me a place to put my feet up and gave me a hearty meal between the corperate event and the fun sexy event. I also tried […]

Hunter December 2024 | Bootblack’s Eye View

It was a slower night tonight. From talking to a lot of the crowed a lot of peope were having to do christmas work parties before they came, and others wanted to do rubber underground before they came. My chair was also a little less buisy than normal, with only 5 Johns. this was a good thing because it meant i got to have more fun. it felt nice to chill and talk with people after doing thier boots. Bootblacking is often about the connection with the person you are working on and i was really feeling it tonight. I […]

Hunter July 2024 | Bootblack’s Eye View

It was the one-year birthday for Hunter this month, so as a special theme everyone was doing cowboy. Surprisingly, though, I didn’t get to do any cowboy boots. Did however meet some amazing people though, and even got to do some boots that weren’t black leather. I always enjoy when people are surprised when I tell them just because their boots aren’t black leather doesn’t mean I can’t do them.

LFW Hunter 2024 | Bootblacks Eye View

Wow. In contrast to my last hunter, this was an insanely busy night. I had a rolling que and, unfortunately, had to leave before I could work on a lot of guys. This being a special hunter for London fetish week it was a Thursday, and alas the train back to where I live stopped annoyingly early. There was even more salt in the wound because a lot of guys in my chair were very flirty, and I wished I could have seen them after. I will be very happy once my partner and myself move further into London zone […]

Hunter March 2024

This hunter was really fun. i got to see a few new faces and had a lot of boots pressed into my chest and crotch! I also got to oil condition someone’s very tight and stiff leather jock! I did have an experiment of shining rubber with an electric buffer, but found my little handheld was underpowered and too small.

Hunter February 24

Another great Night at Hunter. It’s fast becoming my favourite night of the month. I now even have got my own signage! I also like t new position of the bootblack station. The brighter all really helps offset the dark fetish gear.

Holly King Outfit

With the London gear social rolling around, I wanted to do something special. It’s an idea that’s been rolling around in my head for a little while now, and I’m glad I was able to pull the outfit together so easily. The fur came from my local haberdashery and I cut it into strips and held it to my boots and the cuffs of my sleeves using hair bobby pins. The final touch was using white spray on hair chalk. I was delighted to find the result came out a shade of grey matching the fur. The moulded leather antler […]

Gear social, Sep ’23 | Bootblack’s Eye View

Tonight had a theme of firsts. For starters, I got to work on my first ever pair of pony play boots. They were a lovely piece of kit and I was overjoyed to be working on something unique. The second was my first ever pair of cowboy boots (guess which one of the johns in the gallery was wearing them). Cowboy boots make me nervous because they do often end up more complicated to bootblack than most of the normal fetish men footwear. This pair, however, just needed standard hard wax and a bit of nourishment cream. The one difficulty was […]

Leather Social | Bootblack’s Eye View, February 23

So it’s February and I had fun doing not just boots but also trainers. Seems tonight a lot of people were going for a more informal combo of leathers and cottons that included a lot of trainers with leather jeans. People seemed to be under the impression I would somehow be offended if I was asked to do trainers. Personally, I have been wanting to break out the polishes and creams in colours other than black for a while. I was also very touched to work on a very sentimental pair of boots. They were the john’s first pair of high […]

Gear social | Bootblacks Eye View, January 23

Tonight was fun. I finally got back to doing bootblacking after a little break over the past 2 months and oh my word it’s good to be back. It felt fun again and i very much was able to manage time to socialise too. Although, the gear social finally hit capacity this month, and we had to go to one-in-one-out on the door. I also had the most adorable guest in my chair. This adorable dog named Tabasco! No boots, so i just have him pets and fusses.
