A first Pckt for the Atmos
Today is the day I take a look into using ATProtocol as a (micro) blogging platform. This should be attached to my Bluesky account automatically. I'm also going to play around with .app, , and I'm setting this as a page, not sure what that means yet. Off we go.

First Post
I have been very excited to dive into the world of ATProto blogging! I have been a Wordpress person at the start (I was young and naive), then I moved over to Quarto (my current daily driver at agbocsardi.com), but the editing experience just never really clicked, and while I love Quarto for being the one framework to rule them all, I miss the straight-forwardness of a managed blog. So here we area! We'll see where this takes us.

About "AI Naku!"
This blog, “AI Naku!”, will feature stories about generative AI failures. Generative AI has its uses, but at the current state, without full disclosure and transparency, this type of “artificial intelligence” is being peddled as the way to the so-called “Artificial General Intelligence”, or AGI. AGI is something that nobody can define — well, they (the techbros) can, but they cannot agree on the common definition. So, don’t believe the generative AI hype. Step back and analyze what they are sell...

Making Claude Cowork actually useful
Every article I read about "AI agents for work" tells me the same things. Clean up my inbox. Summarize my meetings. Draft my emails. Turn rough notes into polished decks. Keep my calendar tidy. These are all lovely ideas. They are also, almost…

Migrating from one password manager to another
This morning I decided to check on my 1Password account one last time -- before I finally kill the subscription. I have been using it sparingly since iCloud Passwords became a stand-alone application. I missed the 1Password support for files and full notes, which were not migrated to iCloud Passwords or Proton Pass. I found out about it last Friday when I re-enabled Apple Pay on my Apple Watch, something I forgot to configure. Good thing it was enabled on the iPhone. Anyway, so I revisited 1Pass...

What's next?
Am starting to see how pckt.blog will fit into my workflow. I have yet to pull the trigger and subscribe, though. What would make me do that? Yeah, I might be asking too much, but I see the potential. Who knows? One can wish, right?

Better Late Than Never: Announcing Ramble, A Nomad Job & Pack Registry
Back in 2021, I had an idea. What if there was a better way to share and discover Nomad job files and Nomad Packs? What if we could make it as easy to find a production-ready Nomad configuration as it is to find a Docker image? We needed a helm like repository for Nomad
