38 Most Influential Posters of 2026
bsky38.com is a community-voted list of the 38 most influential Bluesky posters of 2026, made with Bailey Townsend (@pds.dad). Anyone with a Bluesky account can vote for up to ten people, and the 38 with the most votes make the list. It isn't run by Bluesky, but Bluesky did come on to collaborate with us after the project has such immediate viral success. Every ballot is a record written to the voter's own account on the AT Protocol.

I’m looking for my next job
Over the past 12 months I designed, built, and launched a dozen apps and experiences on the AT Protocol, including anisota.net, a calmer user interface for Bluesky, and Aturi, a toolkit for navigating the open ecosystem of apps built on the same protocol. Together these projects reached 100K+ unique visitors in their first year, earned me a shoutout from the stage of SXSW, landed me an appearance on CodeTV, and allowed me to present my work at Atmosphere Conference 2026. Before this, I spent a decade growing products, brands, and communities for tech companies in decentralized web, healthcare SaaS, and consumer SaaS.

From Toilets to Moths: The Future of Social Media is Weird and Not for Everyone
Over the course of 12 months, I created a dozen ATmosphere based projects, apps, and experiences ranging from a decentralized toilet to a client interface named after a moth. Collectively these projects amassed 100,000 unique visitors and over half a million page views. Each project took me deeper and deeper into the world of the AT Protocol and showed me what the future of social media might look like... and what it could take to get there. Over the course of this presentation I shared the lessons I learned and what I think it means for the future of social media.

Aturi
Aturi is a small toolkit for getting around the AT Protocol, the open network behind Bluesky. It's three tools in one: a browser extension that lets you open the same account or post in whatever client you prefer, universal links you can share that aren't tied to a single app, and a viewer for exploring the raw data on any account's personal data server.
